MBV-FS80 anti-vibration / isolation platform
The platform's body is made of 38 mm thick milled HDF board. Its high density makes it an excellent massive assembly basis for other components. The body received a snow-white polyurethane finish.
The most important element of the platform is its main top and its connection to the body. The top itself is made of medley of sheets of waterproof plywood, veneered with OAK NEGRO veneer and finished with shellac primer and hard satin hydrophobic wax.
The basis of the platform is supported by four very massive stainless steel feet with a diameter of 80 mm and a height of 20 mm. Despite the raw appearance of the material, to maintain aesthetics, the feet are flush with the edges of the body and have 3 decorative embossing. In their lower part, cork inserts are mounted to protect against damage the surface on which the platform is to stand.
