Custom housing for OYAIDE MTS-4 power distributor
The housing for the OYAIDE MTS-4 strip was made at the special request of one of our regular customers.
The main idea of this "small" project was to add weight to the strip itself and stabilize it on the ground due to the stresses and loads caused by the attached, stiff and thick power cables for other devices.
The housing, in accordance with the customer's request, was made of solid Asian Merbau wood, and its edges were delicately routed with a radius cutter for aesthetic purpose.
Finally it was finished with multi-layered, transparent oil wax.
